Black & Blue, Huntington’s tried and true seafood and chophouse, continues to draw discerning diners.  With its elegant dimly lit dining room and black and blue color scheme, the place has a sexy vibe.  For all its elegance, owner Lou Aloe created a place that remains friendly, homey and casual.  The staff makes a remarkable impression with their kindness and teamwork.  Customers say the staff is “super friendly” and “go that extra mile.”  They show guests to a cozy, sophisticated dining room decked out in shimmering black and gold curtains, high-backed circular booths and plush carpeting.  A wall embedded with a saltwater fish tank separates this area from the lively bar where guests enjoy cocktails from a creative martini list. 


Chefs Dave Guzman and Vidal Hernandez head the busy kitchen.  Two chefs and who bring two different styles of cooking keep the menu choices interesting.  Thai Calamari, creamy Maine Lobster Bisque, pan roasted “melt-in-your-mouth” Filet Mignon, and authentic Spanish Paella are house specialties.  Everything is made from scratch in Dave and Vidal’s kitchen including the luscious desserts.  They cater to special requests and have an extensive gluten free menu.


The carefully chosen wine list has selections from around the world with about a dozen available by the glass.  Beers on tap and by the bottle are numerous and seasonal cocktails are in addition to the classics. 


Inviting in winter with its roaring fireplace or summer with an enchanting outdoor patio, Black & Blue remains a hotspot regardless of the weather outside.

 

 

 


Feel free to stay later and indulge on one of weekly special's for dinner. We also are proud to showcase live bands Wednesday-Saturday. We will never have a cover charge. Watch your favorite game on one of our eight flat screen TV's, or just get lost in our stunning 150 gallon salt water fish tank. Getting married? Having a baby or bridal shower? Meeting? Private event? Or just want to get together with friends? We do that too! Utilize our private dining rooms for whatever your party needs.
